SnowClub Cookie Notice

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. SnowClub (mysnowclub.com) and SnowBus (snowbus.com) use them with similar tools such as pixels and local storage. This notice explains which we use and how you choose. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

Your choices come first

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or choose by category. Until you choose, only essential cookies run, and analytics and advertising tools stay off.

You can change your choice any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may stop working.

Categories

Essential (always on). These keep you signed in, keep your cart and checkout working, protect against fraud and remember your cookie choices. Payments use Stripe, which sets its own essential cookies to process payments securely.

Analytics (only with consent). Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how people use the site: pages visited, how they got there and where things break. We use it to improve SnowClub and SnowBus, not to identify you personally.

Advertising and remarketing (only with consent). The Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag measure our ads and let us show SnowClub and SnowBus ads to people who have visited, on those platforms. Meta and LinkedIn process this data under their own privacy policies.

Internal traffic

Our team's own browsers are marked so their visits are excluded from analytics. This doesn't affect you.

Changes

If we add a new tool in the analytics or advertising categories, we'll update this notice. Where your earlier choice wouldn't cover it, we'll ask again.
