SnowClub Membership Terms

These terms explain what SnowClub membership is and what it includes. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. What membership is

SnowClub is a free membership for skiers and snowboarders, run by SnowGroup Digital Inc. You join with your first name, email and a password, and confirm you are 16 or older. There is no fee and no card is needed to join.

2. What members get

  • Booking through SnowBus. Book the rides and mountain services available on SnowBus with your member account, and keep your trips in one place.
  • Member offers. Member prices and offers from SnowBus and partners. Offers depend on the trip, the date and the partner, can have limits, and can change or end. An offer applies only when it's shown at checkout for your booking.
  • Your crew. Add the people you ride with and plan trips together.
  • Clubs and community. Club and community features roll out over time. We label anything not yet available and never charge for a feature that isn't live.

3. Member deals by email (optional)

When you join, you can tick "Email me member deals". This is your express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation to receive offers and news from SnowClub and SnowBus. It's optional and unticked by default, and joining doesn't depend on it.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also turn deals emails off in your settings at any time. We'll still send service messages about your account and bookings.

4. Paid tiers

There is no paid membership today. If we introduce one, it will have its own terms and pricing, and you'll choose whether to join. Your free membership continues either way.

5. Fair use

Membership is personal. Member offers are for you and the people booked with you, not for resale. We may withdraw an offer or close a membership that is used to abuse offers, as set out in the Terms of Use.

6. Ending membership

You can end your membership at any time by closing your account in settings or by contacting us. Bookings already confirmed stay valid under their booking terms. We may end memberships as described in the Terms of Use.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
